THE EXPERIENCE

Join us for SELF CARE SUNDAY with woo-woo for a very special screening of sumptuous and indulgent film: The Taste of Things — that encourages us to savor every moment. Sink into the rhythm of your breath as we connect with our senses, savoring the depth of each inhale and exhale. Hosted by Portland’s wellness experts at woo-woo, Abbie will guide us to explore our inner landscapes, grounding us in the textures of the moment and awakening our capacity to taste life fully. Following this sensory-centered breathwork, we’ll transition into The Taste of Things. In this practice, we’ll tune into the subtle interplay of mind, body, and spirit, preparing to fully experience the film’s evocative storytelling. Just as the film invites us to discover the beauty in each detail, this breathwork opens us to savor the intricate wonders within our own embodied presence.
