THE EXPERIENCE
The dude abides of this pre-movie group sing-along with Low Bar Chorale! This time they’ll be joined by their friends at School of Rock on stage. Film will follow the group karaoke session.
ON SCREEN: The Big Lebowski
1998. Directed by Ethan Coen, Joel Coen. Runtime: 117 minutes. Rated R.
Jeffrey ‘The Dude’ Lebowski, a Los Angeles slacker who only wants to bowl and drink White Russians, is mistaken for another Jeffrey Lebowski, a wheelchair-using millionaire, and finds himself dragged into a strange series of events involving nihilists, adult film producers, ferrets, errant toes, and large sums of money.
ON STAGE: Low Bar Chorale
The Low Bar Chorale is a singing concert, where the audience is the lead singer. Backed by a live band, they do songs from the 70s up to now: rock, indie, pop, R&B, and the occasional mashup. Throughout the show, they teach the crowd harmonies and background vocals for the songs. Everyone is welcome – all skill and confidence levels. Sing on, you crazy diamond!
