THE EXPERIENCE
Need a reason to celebrate outsiders, challenge the rules, and see subversion as a form of political protest? So do we. That’s why we are bringing NIGHT OF 1000 JOHN WATERS to the Tomorrow Theater! Featuring a double header of Cry Baby and Serial Mom – both screenings will have special limited-edition giveaways celebrating Water’s special brand of Americana.
An hour before the film, Soothe Folk will also be live chain stitching in the theater on a first-come-first-serve basis from a custom flash sheet with special limited-edition Tomorrow Theater designs! A very limited quantity will be available for guests (yes, you can bring your baseball cap for embroidery) so come at 6pm if you want something stitched!
ON SCREEN: Serial Mom
1994. Directed by John Waters. Runtime: 1hr 35min. Rated R.
Beverly is the perfect happy homemaker, along with her doting husband and two children, but this nuclear family just might explode when her fascination with serial killers collides with her ever-so-proper code of ethics.
