THE EXPERIENCE

Bring your own knitting, crocheting, and fiber arts to the Tomorrow Theater for this special event co-hosted by RITUAL DYES, who will be there to offer assistance and support. We will have the lights on low while playing a beautiful film. We can’t wait for you to join us for an afternoon of crafting during a screening of Almost Famous.

Almost Famous is part of  MARCH MADNESS: MUSIC MOVIES: a wild, no-holds-barred showdown to crown the ultimate music movie. Vote on Instagram, watch the films at the theater, and follow the bracket as we tally up the points. Each category pits legendary performances, iconic documentaries, and music-filled classics against each other in a battle for screen supremacy.

In the WISH WE WERE THERE category, Almost Famous faces off against Wigstock: The Movie for the title of music film that fills us with the most FOMO.

ON SCREEN: Almost Famous

2000. Directed by Cameron Crowe. Runtime: 2hrs 4min. Rated R.

In 1973, 15-year-old William Miller’s unabashed love of music and aspiration to become a rock journalist lands him an assignment from Rolling Stone magazine to interview and tour with the up-and-coming band, Stillwater.

ON STAGE: Ritual Dyes
