HOSTED BY: Humans For Housing and The Northwest Pilot Project

Portland-based nonprofit Humans For Housing believes that every human has inherent worth and has a right to stable and safe housing. Through powerful storytelling, community engagement, and unrelenting advocacy for systematic changes, they are working to eradicate chronic homelessness in the United States and ensure all people have the housing they deserve.

The Northwest Pilot Project helps connect low-income and very low-income seniors (55 and over) in Multnomah County who are capable of independent living with rental housing that is safe, permanent and affordable to them.
