THE EXPERIENCE

Join award-winning author Aron Nels Steinke as he celebrates the release of Speechless, his newest graphic novel for kids. Doors and Early Book signing 3:30-4:00; followed by a presentation at 4:00 by Aron about the book, followed by two short animated films that helped inspire the book, and then audience Q and A. After that there will be a second chance to meet the author and get books signed. This is a Family-friendly event. Attendees will leave inspired to tell their own stories. Books will be sold separately by Books with Pictures at the theater during the event.

The Hedgehog in the Fog

1997. Directed by: Yuri Norstein. 11 minutes. Unrated. 

Directed by Yuri Norstein: A little hedgehog, on the way to visit his friend the bear, gets lost in thick fog, where horses, dogs and even falling leaves take on a terrifying new aspect. Hedgehog in the Fog will be in Russian and with English Subtitles. 

Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers

1993. Directed by: Nick Park. 29 minutes. TV-PG

Directed by Nick Park: Wallace takes in a new lodger, a devious penguin. Spotting some techno-trousers, the penguin plans a grand theft, a plan that involves putting Wallace in danger. Will Gromit be able to stop the feathered fiend?
