Remy, a resident of Paris, appreciates good food and has quite a sophisticated palate. He would love to become a chef so he can create and enjoy culinary masterpieces to his heart’s delight. The only problem is, Remy is a rat. When he winds up in the sewer beneath one of Paris’ finest restaurants, the rodent gourmet finds himself ideally placed to realize his dream.

Digital creator Emily Daugherty, better known as Foodie Snitch, is a local authority with her finger on the pulse of Portland’s restaurant scene who shares activities through the lens of the “Oregon Lifestyle.” Across her various platforms, she has garnered an audience of over 140k followers who look for her latest recommendations on the area’s best eats and experiences. Daugherty studied visual journalism at the University of Oregon before graduating in 2015. Afterward, she spent some years working as a photographer and content creator for various local businesses and publications before launching her channel.
