HBO Documentary Films and The Treehouse Project present: Trees & Other Entanglements

Join us for a sneak peek as Portland’s own non-fiction storyteller Irene Taylor (Hear and Now) shares her latest deeply human thriller. The entangled lives of people and trees take root and grow into a contemporary tale of time: our connection to the natural world and to one another. We meet a young boy stolen and hidden amongst trees, an artist refining American bonsai, a photographer artfully observing trees, a mother fighting to protect the forests in her backyard, family trees and uprooted trees, and a man who steadfastly plants them.

The film will be followed by a Q&A with Irene Taylor and other members of the cast and crew.

What unfolds is a human tale of our connection to both the natural world and one another.
